A Raleigh native with deep roots in the Triangle, Morgan Womble has been a driving force in the real estate industry since 2001. His professional foundation was built on elite discipline and leadership, having served in the United States Marine Corps as part of the Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team (FAST). This military background instilled in him a mission-first mindset and an innate ability to adapt and overcome - qualities that define his approach to every real estate transaction today.

Morgan’s expertise is multifaceted; he is both a high-performing Real Estate Broker and a Licensed General Contractor. As a founding member of the Triangle Luxury Collective and a member of the Compass Military Division, he offers a level of technical insight and local market mastery that is rare in the industry. Specializing in Raleigh and Wake Forest, Morgan leverages his construction knowledge and the national power of Compass to provide clients with a distinct competitive advantage.

Alongside his wife and business partner, Katie Womble, Morgan leads the Morgan Womble Group - a collective of professionals dedicated to teamwork, local intricacy, and seamless closings.

Life Outside the Office When he isn’t navigating the local market or overseeing a project site, Morgan is a dedicated family man who enjoys supporting his daughter’s various milestones. An NC State alumnus, he stays active by hiking mountain trails, unwinding at the beach, and exploring new destinations through his passion for travel alongside Katie and their daughter.
