Cynda Staniscia serves as the Executive Assistant for the Morgan Womble Group, bringing high-level organization, exceptional communication, and a vibrant energy to the team's daily operations. Originally from New Bern and a proud East Carolina University broadcasting graduate, Cynda has called the Raleigh area home for nearly 25 years, giving her deep roots and an insider’s perspective on the Triangle.

In her role, Cynda is a key component of the team’s operational engine. She specializes in managing listing logistics, optimizing team systems, and overseeing the contract-to-close process with surgical precision. Leveraging her background in broadcasting, Cynda excels at clear, high-level communication - ensuring that every transaction progresses seamlessly and that clients, agents, and administrative partners remain fully supported from contract execution to closing day.

Life Outside the Office: A dedicated sports enthusiast, Cynda is a loyal Baltimore Ravens fan and completely obsessed with Carolina Hurricanes hockey. When she isn’t cheering on game day or keeping up with the latest Bravo drama, you can find her unwinding at the beach, out on the boat, or doing a little local shopping. Above all, her favorite moments are spent enjoying life with her husband, George, and their dog, Logan.
